Replacement Period
Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving their order.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase, order confirmation, or order number must be provided.

The replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Prepaid Orders
We offer replacements for eligible prepaid orders. Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement order will be processed. Any applicable shipping or handling charges may be communicated before processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Currently, replacements and refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team, and we will work toward a suitable resolution.
Refund Policy
At present, House Of Gains does not offer refunds except in cases where:

In such cases, supporting photographs or videos may be required for verification. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
